Pour one serving of ActiGreen™ Original Green Tea Powder into a cup. Bring 6-8 oz (150 - 250 ml.) of water just under boil and let it steep for 3 minutes. Stir the tea gently. Or simply add a serving of ActiGreen™ Original Green Tea Powder to any of your favorite beverages - hot or cold - just stir or shake
